Unfortunately, there were significant credit card processing issues that made check-in frustrating. The absence of an elevator was also inconvenient for those with heavy bags.

Humidity levels unbearable!!! Stale smells linger everywhere, including the parking lot!!! It's 2023, so where are the room upgrades and basic amenities like a proper coffee station?

Had a great time with friends! We visited Key West Express and Legends Golf and Country Club. The hotel was clean, and the room was comfy. The breakfast area was spacious, making it a perfect start to our day. Would definitely recommend for groups.

However, the pillows were too small. Kept waking up when I moved, which was annoying.

Also, the room wasn't always restocked with the necessary supplies, and we noticed some bugs in the bathroom. Despite these quirks, the comfortable bed and overall cleanliness made it a good value spot for our trip.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend respite in Fort Myers with outstanding value. The bathroom had a walk-in tiled shower, which was a nice surprise. If you're expecting amenities, don't get your hopes too high.

Upon entering, a mildew odor hits you. the windows are sealed tight, not allowing for any fresh air. My room felt excessively humid, with moisture affecting my belongings and traces of mold lurking around the window edges. While the two-floor layout makes it accessible, the absence of an elevator is a bit inconvenient for anyone handling heavy luggage. Additionally, some remnants like cut nails were found on the sofa, a detail that shouldn’t be overlooked. Nighttime was disrupted by an air conditioning unit that never quite shut off, making it difficult to catch undisturbed sleep.

We had a short stay for a quick visit in the area. The location is convenient, as it’s near various attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made our experience enjoyable. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room, although we did find a few items left from previous guests. The breakfast offered was decent but could use a bit more variety.

I loved how we could easily walk to places like the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, where nature is just a short stroll away. plus, the pool was clean and inviting, making our stay even better.
